Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policies & Rates

 

CURBSIDE PICKUP NOW AVAILABLE

We are now offering curbside pickup for online orders. It is as simple as ordering online, parking curbside on either side of the doors, and giving the store a call. Let the store employee know what car you are in outside and they will bring your order to you. There’s no need to even get out of your vehicle.

Curbside Pickup Details:

  • Place your order online and choose your location
  • Follow all email confirmations and directions – please do not arrive at the store before receiving pick-up confirmation
  • When you arrive to the store, park curbside on either side of the doors
  • Call and let us know of your arrival
  • Wait in your vehicle, we’ll bring your order to you
  • Get your stuff! Once your identity has been verified, we will place your order into your vehicle
 

Additional notes:

  • Curbside pickup only available for purchases under $250.
  • Firearms and ammunition excluded. All firearms and ammunition must be picked up in store.
  • Please allow at least 2 hours for processing.
  • Orders placed before 5 pm will be available for pick-up the same day. Orders placed on Sunday after 5 pm will be available Monday.
  • In store pickup still available for those that choose.
  • Please wait for your email pickup confirmation before heading to the store.
  • Curbside pickup not currently available at our Portage and Lansing locations.

 

INSTORE PICK UP

  • Please allow at least 2 hours for processing
  • Orders placed before 5 pm will be available for pick-up the same day
  • You will be notified by email when your order is available for pickup
  • A valid state-issued photo ID and the Order Confirmation email is required for pickup verification. For orders OVER $150 please also be prepared to present the original payment method use.
 

Note: On large value orders we may request to make a copy of the valid state-issued photo ID. Failure to present requested information may result in the order not being released and cancelled/refunded.
 

  • An order designated for instore pick-up will be held for four (4) business days after the ‘Ready For Pick-Up’ email has been sent
  • Orders NOT picked up within the 4-business day timeframe will be cancelled, refunded and returned to stock
 

SHIPPING

US Domestic

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 1-3 business days for shipping
  • Our standard shipping method is USPS
  • stockandfield.com does not currently ship to California
 

International

  • At this time, we do NOT ship internationally
 

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates depend on the size and weight of items, shipping method and your delivery address. You may estimate your shipping cost prior to checkout in your shopping cart.
 

APO/FPO

  • We support shipping to APO/FPO addresses through USPS. APO/FPO delivery times may be longer than standard delivery times.
  • Instructions are available on the Shipping Address step as you check out.
