INSTORE PICK UP
- Please allow at least 2 hours for processing
- You will be notified by email when your order is available for pickup
- Orders placed before 5 pm will be available for pick-up the same day
- A photo ID and the Order Confirmation email is required for pickup verification
- A valid, state-issued photo ID
- Order confirmation email
- Original payment method used
- An order designated for instore pick-up will be held for four (4) business days after the ‘Ready For Pick-Up’ email has been sent
- Orders NOT picked up within the 4-business day timeframe will be cancelled, refunded and returned to stock
- Please allow 1-3 business days for processing
- Our standard shipping method is USPS
- At this time, Big R Stores does NOT ship internationally
- We support shipping to APO/FPO addresses through USPS
- Instructions are available on the Shipping Address step as you check out.
