Big R Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policies & Rates


  • Please allow at least 2 hours for processing
  • You will be notified by email when your order is available for pickup
  • Orders placed before 5 pm will be available for pick-up the same day
  • A photo ID and the Order Confirmation email is required for pickup verification


For ALL orders OVER $150 please be prepared to present the following at time of pick up:

  • A valid, state-issued photo ID
  • Order confirmation email
  • Original payment method used


Note: On large value orders Big R will request to make a copy of the valid state ID. Failure to present requested information may result in order not being released and cancelled/refunded.

  • An order designated for instore pick-up will be held for four (4) business days after the ‘Ready For Pick-Up’ email has been sent
  • Orders NOT picked up within the 4-business day timeframe will be cancelled, refunded and returned to stock








US Domestic

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 1-3 business days for shipping
  • Our standard shipping method is USPS
  • does not currently ship to California



  • At this time, Big R Stores does NOT ship internationally



  • We support shipping to APO/FPO addresses through USPS
  • Instructions are available on the Shipping Address step as you check out.
