Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policies & Rates
INSTORE PICK UP
- Please allow at least 2 hours for processing
- Orders placed before 5 pm will be available for pick-up the same day
- You will be notified by email when your order is available for pickup
- A valid state-issued photo ID and the Order Confirmation email is required for pickup verification. For orders OVER $150 please also be prepared to present the original payment method use.
- An order designated for instore pick-up will be held for four (4) business days after the ‘Ready For Pick-Up’ email has been sent
- Orders NOT picked up within the 4-business day timeframe will be cancelled, refunded and returned to stock
- Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 1-3 business days for shipping
- Our standard shipping method is USPS
- stockandfield.com does not currently ship to California
- At this time, we do NOT ship internationally
- Shipping rates depend on the size and weight of items, shipping method and your delivery address. You may estimate your shipping cost prior to checkout in your shopping cart.
- We support shipping to APO/FPO addresses through USPS. APO/FPO delivery times may be longer than standard delivery times.
