Big R Order Fulfillment Policies

INSTORE PICK UP

  • Please allow at least 2 hours for processing
  • You will be notified by email when your order is available for pickup
  • Orders placed before 5 pm will be available for pick-up the same day
  • A photo ID and the Order Confirmation email is required for pickup verification
For ALL orders OVER $250 please be prepared to present the following at time of pick up:
  • A valid, state-issued photo ID
  • Order confirmation email
  • Original payment method used
Note: On large value orders Big R will request to make a copy of the valid state ID. Failure to present requested information may result in order not being released and cancelled/refunded.

  • An order designated for instore pick-up will be held for four (4) business days after the ‘Ready For Pick-Up’ email has been sent
  • Orders NOT picked up within the 4-business day timeframe will be cancelled, refunded and returned to stock

SHIPPING

US Domestic

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing
  • Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground Service

International

  • At this time, Big R does NOT currently ship internationally

APO/FPO

  • At this time, we are NOT currently able to ship to APO/FPO addresses
