RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to provide you with the right products at the right price. This why we provide you with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will exchange any item or refund your purchase as per the policy listed below:


IN-STORE PURCHASE

In-store purchases can be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations within 90 days with your Big R receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.

With a receipt, an item in its original factory packaging or with original tags intact can be returned to any location for an exchange or store credit. If no sales receipt is present at the time of the return, at Big R’s sole discretion, a merchandise credit may be issued for the lowest sale price within the last 6 months.

ONLINE PURCHASE

If you need to return/exchange an item ordered from BigR.com:

Simply follow the directions on your enclosed packing slip, located either inside or on the outside of your package. Customers without a packing slip can contact customerservice@bigr.com for more information on how to complete the return.

Please Note: If you choose to do this, please use the shipper of your choice and insure the package for the full value for your protection. Big R is not responsible for items lost in transit.  Shipping costs from Big R to the consumer will only be refunded if the product that was shipped was incorrect due to an error on Big R’s part.

Once we receive your return please allow 10-14 business days for it to be processed. The refund may go into your next billing cycle where the credit will be reflected on your account. Returns within the 90-day return policy will be credited to the original form of payment.

When returning item(s) to the store, visit the Customer Service desk for assistance. You will need the following items to process your return:

  • The original packing slip or confirmation email. (This will act as your receipt.)
  • The original payment method used for the original purchase.

Online orders that arrive damaged

If your purchase has arrived in a damaged or broken state please contact BigR.com to make arrangements for a replacement to be sent immediately. We will then decide, at Big R’s sole discretion, if we will have you return the broken product at our expense or if we will ask that you dispose of it.

 

Sale Price Adjustments

Sale price adjustments must be requested within 14 days from the original date of purchase on items that have gone on sale. A merchandise credit for the difference will be issued, no other type of refund will be allowed. Sale price adjustments do not apply to end of season discounts, closeout items, special sales events, and flier items from other retailers.

 


RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

Apparel or footwear must be in new, unwashed, unused condition. Original garment tags must be present AND still attached to the garment. Underwear and socks may NOT be returned if original packaging is opened.

All firearm and ammunition sales are FINAL. These items are not eligible for return, exchange or a store credit.

All cut merchandise (carpet runners, chain, rope, etc.) are FINAL. These items are not eligible for return, exchange or a store credit.

Live Goods, defined as trees and shrubs, are refundable at 100% 60 days after the date of purchase. 61-120 days after purchase they are refundable at 50% of the original purchase price. All Live Good returns must be accompanied with the original purchase receipt. Excludes roses, perennials and ground covers.

Items identified as Food, Pet Vaccines and Farm medications cannot be returned or exchanged.

All items identified as FINAL are not eligible for return, exchange or a store credit.

After the 90-day return policy has expired, a return to a Big R Gift Card may be issued at Big R’s sole discretion.

All gas-powered equipment must not have been used in order to return it for a refund/exchange – once gas has been put in the unit you may bring it into your local Big R store for warranty work in our repair shop under the Manufacturer’s Warranty terms. It will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Items returned with a gift receipt will be issued a store credit or gift card, cash will not be refunded.
