Rated 3 out of 5 by MHL4358 from Product is fine - getting out of the bottle is another story. I have found with both Round Up and Week B Gone - the pumps always are troublesome. The battery works, but after some early use, the liquid no longer comes out of the nozzle. I try releasing the pressure by unscrewing the top cap (the bottle contracts as you use the pump to spray) or re-tightening the cap. Either way half the product remains in the bottle, but the power spray won't let it out. It's very frustrating as the products themselves work well, but I don't like the idea of paying for a full bottle and getting to us barely half, or standing over a weed, firing up the sprayer and waiting until the thing decides to spray.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JKelly from Bad design on 24 Oz Bottle The 24 Oz Bottle that attaches to your hose is a very bad design. It looked better than the others, so I thought it would work much better but in one feeding, which should have only taken 15-20 minutes, actually ended up taking 45-60 minutes. The bottom end that hooks to your hose will suddenly just start shooting the water out the back, soaking you. It did this at least 4 times to me. Had to turn water off, unscrew it and screw it back on. Would work ok until I moved hose just the wrong way and then went again. I should have just taken it back as soon as it happened the first time. Hope the product works better than the applicator.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rshutts from Worked Awesome I have the only dandelion free lawn on my street thanks to this product. I started the season using Turf builder with Halts Crab Grass control...and I spot treat with the Weed-B-Gon Max. If I see a dandelion, I hit it that night and it's dead within a few days. Don't let them get to the puff ball stage...get them when they are yellow and it will work great. Also, awesome decision to provide the continuous spray handle instead of the pump handle. Much easier to apply a large amount quickly. Now, if I can only talk my neighbors into using this product so that their dandelion seeds don't blow into my lawn!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from This product does not kill weeds I SATURATED the dandelions in my yard with this> They were two days after being cut, so the perfect time. And the only thing that happened to the dandelions is they started to grow in a wavy way instead of straight. They then flowered and sent their aggravating seeds out. I waited a week and a half expecting them to die. But no, nothing ever happened. Now I am trying granules on the recommendation of someone else... and I am trying to get my money back from Ortho. We will see what happens.

Rated 1 out of 5 by WarrenCun from Ortho "Lawn-Be-Gone" Used Ortho Weed Be Gone as directed on my Bermuda lawn trusting that package label ... that it is was "guaranteed" not to harm lawns. The product killed everything it touched. My yard is a patchwork of yellow completely dead grass now. Reimbursing for the cost of the product is of little consolation compared to the work you will have to do to repair the damage you will do to your lawn if you use this product. Unfortunately I followed my neighbor's lead and before his grass had died as well. BE WARNED!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Newminds from Will Not Kill Dandelion This is absolutely the worst product I have ever used, I have used it 3 years in a row, first pre-mixed, then concentrated with a stronger than recommended mix. I would spray each Dandelion drenching them on both flower and pedals, Some Dandelions would droop for a day or so and then after a rain revive and flourish. I always wind up using a special tool I bought called weed hog to pluck each individual weed. This is ridiculous I don't see how they can get away with selling this. No doubt collecting millions over the years they have been selling this stuff. Consumer watchdog agencies just don't work well enough to protect us from this product !

Rated 5 out of 5 by Joseph1652 from Otho Crabgrass Control I have used Ortho Weed B Gon & Crabgrass control with great results. Although I have a beautiful lawn, every summer, some patches of crabgrass pop up in various areas of my lawn. I was able to use this product for various weeds and crabgrass control. After the product is sprayed, by the next day, the crabgrass & weeds start to turn brown, die,and decompose in the lawn, no need to pull the dead plants out. Plus you are able to use it, without fear of killing your healthy grass, only kills the weeds. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by hophop from Best on the market I've been a home owner for over 30 years. I take pride in how my yard looks all year. For the past 2 years I've only used Scotts products. I'm glad I have! This Spring my yard looks great. I give the credit to Turf Builder Plus Halts. Two weeks ago I used Ortho Weed B Gon Max Plus Crabgrass Control Ready- To-Use. My days of having crab grass has ended! The crabgrass is dying quickly. From now on, I'll take pictures of my yard before and after to show the significant difference. I couldn't ask for an easier product to apply. I thank Scotts for making a superior and affordable product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
