Q: Why don't you have all your products online?

A: Each week we add new products to our online store. As we strive towards the goal of having all our products available online, we ask for your patience and understanding. We want to make sure all information is correct and informative before posting.

Q: Which locations do you serve?

A: Although we are Big R and you may see this name in multiple locations across the United States, we serve Northern Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Wisconsin. We understand this can be confusing, however, you can find a list of our retail locations by clicking here. Q: Do you offer a military discount?

A: Yes, we offer discounts on the 2nd Monday of every month in-store. As a member of the military, you'll receive 10% off all regular priced items, clearance, discontinued, and red tag items. Additionally, you'll receive 5% off animal/farm feed. NOTE: Excludes - Flyer specials, sale items, ammo, firearms, farm chemicals, potatoes, Cub Cadet, Stihl, motor oil, pine shavings, gift cards and previous purchases.

Q: Do you allow pets in stores?

A: Yes, we are pet friendly with a few exceptions due to local ordinances. For more information and to see if your location is pet friendly, please click here.

Q: Do I need an account to shop online?

A: No, you do not need an account to shop online with us. However, there are many advantages to creating an account online. Having one will enable you to store order history, create an address book, enjoy faster checkout, conveniently store payment information, and much more. To create an account, click here.
