Rated 5 out of 5 by sublime_jac from well worth the cash, for a years use. As a pipeline surveyor, i walk anywhere from 1 to 10 miles a day, in all weather conditions. It takes a toll on boots. The first two weeks were terrible, so if you buy them, give them time. They got pretty wide in the toe at the end of a year, but the real reason i bought a new (same pair) is the heel cup, whatever the real name is, gave out and i lost the support i needed. I have coworkers who burn through boots every six months, and have converted to these glorious boots. If you're on your feet for long periods of time and work in extreme conditions, these are the boots for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bobknight1962 from Best fit Best fitting and most comfortable work boot I have ever worn. Been working on my feet for 40 years. Started when I was 12 yo. Never had a pair of pull on boots. Always thougjt the would ne a sloopy fit. A friend at work recycle recommend I try your brand. Got a pair last year and wished I had tried them years ago. I do a lot of climbing at work building scaffolds. Never have I worried about slipping because of the superior quality of the tread on your boots. .. . . They did however statr to leak after about 8 months of abuse and hard work. I called your custermer service and told them what had happened. I expected to recive a small discount on another pair. To my suprise they exchanged them for a new pair. I was floored. You have a coustermer for life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND your boots to all my friends and coworkers . You are truly a consumer friendly company Robert Knight Elizabethton,Tn.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Elwood from Concrete floors 8 hours a day I have bad feet and usually have to wear Merrill hiking boots. I miss wearing western boots so I am so happy to have discovered Ariat. I stand and walk on concrete all day and it is brutal on my feet. I never even think about my feet at work while wearing these boots because they are really comfortable. I get home and have zero pain. They have held up to exposure to grease, hot water, cuts and scrapes. Still look good. They pretty good as slip resistant shoes as well. Especially considering that i deal with water mixed with grease on concrete tile. Any other conditions and they will be perfect.

Rated 3 out of 5 by WillD from Really Comfortable and Supportive I have had this pair of Workhogs for 13 months now and I am more than pleased with everything except the outsole. The boot is very comfortable, but the soles have now worn down and separated from use on concrete and gravel. They are great for outdoors and casual wear, but I need something I can expect to get more life out of.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Eric 11 from Great boot but has defects I just bought these a week ago and did not notice the defect on the top of the boot until the inside liner started peeling away from the leather. It seems as if they forgot to sew the top of the boot and now the material is rolling down inside the boot. I'm not to thrilled about this becuase of the amount of money I paid for them but overall they are a great pair of boots.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Gadsden from Foot splitting open I bought these on 9/24/14, and wear them twice a week (I rotate through 3 pairs of work boots). The foot is splitting open on the left boot right at the edge of the steel cap. They are the most comfortable boots I have, but I am not happy about the leather splitting open, especially so soon after buying them (1.5 months). I will try returning them this week, but am sorely disappointed by the quality of leather used. I have worn work boots (slip on and lace ups) for the past 30 yrs, and never has this happened with any other boots.
