Ariat Workhog H20 Composite Toe Boot is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a Boot Wearer I by no means am a boot wearer. But I thought I would get a pair just to see if I could stand them. The store where I bought them recommended these to me as being a very comfortable pair. I trust them and followed their recommendations, and I must say I am so very glad I did. They were a bit uncomfortable the first day, but the second day they were absolutely great. I have a wide foot and the fit is excellent. The clean-up is easy and the boot retains an almost new look which comes out after each cleaning. I haven't seen any indication of breakdown as others have shared and I don't anticipate it. My boys (teens) wear Ariat and have had great success and I am looking forward to the same.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from My least favorite pair of boots. I have several pairs of Ariat boots and these are my least favorite. The break in period was terrible. I've never had a pair of boots give me so many blisters and ruin so many pair of socks. The piece of the heel in one of the boots split from the leather and cut my heal; I had to cut that piece out. To their credit, they are very water proof. If your feet sweat like mine do, I definitely do not recommend these boots. After about 4 hours, it feels like I'm walking in a swamp in these boots. I'd only recommend these boots if you work out in cold weather and in the snow. I've had my pair for 2 years. They hold up well, but I'm finally giving up on these boots.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great boots! After purchasing these 2 months ago I feel that I have put them through the ringer. From -5F degrees to 75F, snow, ice, ponds, and puddles. Well today it was 10 and I was in some water over the heel for at least an hour. My feet are still one hundred percent dry from any outside moisture. I didn’t expect these things to hold up with barbwire scrapes and scratches all over, I expected water to seep in and have some cold digits. I am impressed by these boots, and I’ll be an Ariat customer for life. Thanks, Chris M. P.S- The fit is just a tiny bit large in size and width. But with some thicker socks it’s just fine. I am also inbetween 12-12.5. So that doesn’t help much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great look and comfortable feel. This is my second pair of these boots. I bought the first pair 5 years ago and finally wore them about a little over a year ago. They were my everyday boots as well as my required safety toed work boots. Could not find these boots in my size again until recently. Tried two different brands in the mean time and hated them. I tried the Ariat website once again looking for these boots when I got fed up with my old ones. Thankfully they had my size and I didn't hesitate to purchase them again. I hope Ariat never discontinues this style because they are the only ones I want to buy from now on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ariat is really getting in the battle!! i have really narrow feet so its hard to find a good boot in my size.... i purchased a pair of these a year ago roughly but had to get creative with what size i chose- for example my foot is an A-B width size 13 and at that time Ariat only offered these in D(medium) and EE(wide) widths so i had to go down to a size 11 in a D width to compensate-reaults: boots felt great first 3 days and fit well but after that it felt as if they had stretched because they felt so big and my feet swam in them and were just an uncomfortable boot and also had issues with stitching coming out.... at the present time Ariat has finaly came out with a B(narrow) width and i purchased a pair and they feel great!!! i love them Thanks Ariat for finaly offering a solid product for those of us with narrow feet!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Insane Boots I got these boots maybe 4 months ago. the first day was a little rough, but after that the boot just got nore and more comfortable. we have a horse barn and the composite toe has saved me some pain. ive been stepped on stood on and ran over and they still havent killed me yet. the outside leather has cuts and scrathes and dings but are hardly noticble after some cleaning. the soles have been amazing and the wear is no less than amazing. only boots ill ever buy again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best boots ever I have owned many pairs of boots in my life. Arait is by far the best. For me, they are comfortable from day 1. I wear them 8-12 hours a day every day. I usually get about a year out of a pair. However, I am on a beef cattle farm. I never polish my boots. I never do anything to take care of them. I may spray the mud off from time to time and that is it. The only time I have ever had a leak is after I hit them with the chain saw. Thank goodness for the composite toe.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great boot! Fits comfortable but it has problems I wore these boots doing shut down work as an electrician working 12+ hours a day 7 days a week and after about 4 months the inside pulled away from the leather due to heavy sweat from the July heat, this made the boots impossible to get off everyday. It's a great boot but not a boot I'd wear in hot environments. I wish they had this same style without the liners I'd definitely buy those sacrificing the waterproof aspect of the work boot.
